The Sierra Art Trails Yosemite Foothills Open Studio Tour (SAT) is the largest and most anticipated arts event in the area, encompassing more than a dozen communities in two counties.

Participating artists are featured in the tour catalog, included in a month-long Preview Exhibit, and benefit from an extensive advertising campaign promoting the event.

By participating you not only promote your own work, you also support your community by making it a place people look forward to visiting!

Our generous sponsors include Sierra Telephone, Yosemite Sierra Visitor's Bureau, One Putt Broadcasting and ValleyPBS.  Our media partners include KYNO Radio, KJWL Radio, KVPR Valley Public Radio, KSEE 24 Television, Oakhurst Area Chamber of Commerce, Mariposa County Visitor's Bureau, Merced Sun Star, Sierra News On-Line, Sierra Star, Yosemite Sierra Visitor's Bureau, and ValleyPBS.

Our marketing campaign includes print advertising, radio advertising on KJWL, KYNO, KFCF, and KVPR, and on ValleyPBS television. Web coverage on Sierra News Online and Sierra Sun Times, and on Facebook. Our annual brochure is mailed out  to hundreds of potential visitors. Brochures and invitation postcards will be distributed to participating artists at the All Artists Meeting in August.

The 2016 catalog can be ordered on this web site and is available at select retail locations beginning in August.

Please help us spread the word!  Support your fellow artists and the Art Trails planning committee by promoting yourself and the event weekend.

Encourage friends and family to purchase a catalog.  Consider creating your own postcards, flyers, or posters in preparation for the event. By working together we help insure the weekend will be a success for everyone!
