How much does it cost to participate?

2010 Participation Fees

Total cost for an artist to participate in the show is $115.00

There is a $15.00 non-refundable jury fee required to apply, and a $100.00 participation fee for artists whose work is accepted.

The Breakdown of fees is as follows:

$15.00 processing fee for submissions. ( non-refundable )

$100.00 entry fee if work is accepted.

The $100.00 entry Fee is due by June 1. The deadline for entry fee refund due to withdrawal is June 15th.

Studio Entries

Artists who produce collaborative work in a professional studio environment may apply for a studio rate, rather than as individuals. Studio listings include both the studio name and the names of (up to three) individual artists. Admission as a studio is subject to committee revue.

The Studio entry fee for Sierra Art Trails is $150.00

The Breakdown of Studio application fees is as follows:

$25.00 jury fee submitted with application. (non-refundable)

$125.00 entry fee due upon notification of acceptance.

Commission on Sales

Sierra Art Trails takes no commission on sales made by participating artists during Sierra Art Trails.

A 25% commission is charged for works sold at Stellar Gallery during the Preview Exhibit.
