Preview Exhibit Submission Guidelines
All Sierra Art Trails artists must submit one original work for the Sierra Art Trails Preview Exhibit, on display at Stellar Gallery in Oakhurst from September 8th through October 7th 2012.
Please choose high quality representative examples of your work. Visitors often choose the artists they want to visit based on the work presented in the Preview Exhibit!
All works submitted must be original works, no giclees or other reproductions. Original limited edition prints and photographs are allowed.
All works submitted to the preview exhibit must be presented in a professional manner, ready for hanging, and are subject to the approval of the gallery curator.
Jewelry artists and others with small works may present groupings.
Stellar Gallery collects a 25% commission on works sold during the Preview Exhibit.
Size Limitations
2D works 30 x 40 maximum framed dimensions.
3D works 6' maximum dimension. For large works or works with special display needs please call the gallery in advance to discuss installation.
Pick-up of work - Pick-up dates are October 8th and 9th, 2012. Works not picked up within 30 days of the close of the exhibit become the property of Sierra Art Trails.

The Preview Exhibit Reception is a pot-luck affair. Please bring a dish to share.
The Preview Exhibit is the kick off for our annual fundraising silent auction, which opens at the reception and closes on Sunday October 7th at 5 PM. If you would like to donate a piece for the fundraiser please contact Jon Bock at 559-658-8844 email admin@galwest.com
