Sierra Art Trails 2009 - 7th Annual Yosemite Foothills Open Studio Tour

We are pleased to announce the Seventh Annual Sierra Art Trails Open Studio Tour. Sierra Art Trails is the largest and most anticipated annual arts event in the Yosemite Foothills! Sierra Art Trails gives art enthusiasts the chance to see fine art and fine crafts in the making, and to get a first hand view of how artists live and work.  

The show is focused on the communities of Eastern Madera and Mariposa counties.  The 2009 exhibit will feature artists and artisans working in a wide range of media including painting, photography, jewelry, sculpture, fiber arts, woodcarving, ceramics, and more! 

By attending the show you are not only supporting the arts, you are also benefiting our foothills communities by helping us to make our area a place people look forward to visiting.  Please join us!

Visitors interested in attending the event must purchase a tour catalog. Your catalog is your "Ticket for Two" for the event. Catalogs can be pre-ordered now, and will also be available at specified retail locations beginning in August 2009. 

The Art Trails Catalog includes a list of artists, their locations, and a detailed map to get you there.  The catalog is a valuable reference guide, and an excellent directory of artists and crafters working in our area.  Purchasing the catalog not only allows entry into all Art Trails sites for the event weekend, but also supports the event and the artists who participate.
