Sierra Art Trails 2008 Call to Artists has begun!

  

Over the past six years Sierra Art Trails has grown to become the most anticipated art event in the Yosemite Foothills.  Applications are on their way to the artists on our mailing list, and are also available at Stellar Gallery and Williams Gallery West in Oakhurst.  

  

 Sierra Art Trails Needs You!      

SAT is seeking volunteers to work on a variety of tasks including event planning, catalog development and distribution, marketing and advertising, graphic design, docents, student mentors, and fundraising.  Volunteers make it happen! If you are interested in helping out at any level please let us know!  

    

Call to Advertisers and Sponsors!       

SAT is seeking advertisers for the Sierra Art Trails 2008 catalog, and sponsors to help us to fund the show. Funds raised by Sierra Art Trails not only make the event possible, but also fund art scholarships, grants for working artists, arts organizations, and public art projects. 

 

Sierra Art Trails Artist of the Month   

 

Beginning in March 2008 Stellar Gallery will continue the tradition of showcasing one Sierra Art Trails artist each month.  

Artist of the month in March is basket maker Judith Littledeer.  Judith will be demonstrating her craft Saturday March 1, 8, 15, and 29 and on Sunday March 23 from 11 AM to 5 PM.  CLICK HERE to learn more
