Where is it? Sierra Art Trails takes place In artist’s studios, homes, art galleries, and other locations in Eastern Madera and Mariposa Counties. The region covered by this year's show includes Ahwahnee, Bass Lake, Catheys Valley, Coarsegold, Mariposa, Oakhurst, North Fork, Yosemite Lakes Park, and communities along Highway 49 between Oakhurst and Mariposa.
The Sierra Art Trails catalog contains detailed maps that guide visitors to the various viewing locations.
The Sierra art Trails Preview Exhibit is held at Stellar Gallery in Oakhurst from September 4th through October 4th, 2010.
The Preview offers representative examples of each artist's work, offering visitors a chance to consider the artists they most want to visit, and to build anticipation for the main event.
